About the Role
Helia Olives is expanding internationally and seeking an Export & Orders Coordinator to manage global shipments and partner communication.
Responsibilities

Process domestic & international orders

Prepare export documents (invoices, customs forms, certificates)

Coordinate shipments with transport companies

Communicate with distributors and retailers

Track deliveries and resolve logistics issues

Ensure compliance with EU food export regulations
Qualifications

Experience in logistics, exports, or supply chain

Organized and detail-oriented

Knowledge of EU export rules (preferred)
