About the Role
We are looking for a Processing & Brining Technician to manage the curing, brining, and fermentation stages that shape the flavor and quality of Helia Olives’ signature products.
Responsibilities

Prepare brine solutions and monitor fermentation tanks

Inspect olives for defects before processing

Maintain sanitation and safety standards

Record batch data and quality results

Work with traditional and modern processing techniques
Qualifications

Experience in food processing or fermentation (preferred)

Strong attention to hygiene and detail

Ability to follow precise procedures
