About the Role

We are looking for a Processing & Brining Technician to manage the curing, brining, and fermentation stages that shape the flavor and quality of Helia Olives’ signature products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare brine solutions and monitor fermentation tanks

  • Inspect olives for defects before processing

  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards

  • Record batch data and quality results

  • Work with traditional and modern processing techniques

Qualifications

  • Experience in food processing or fermentation (preferred)

  • Strong attention to hygiene and detail

  • Ability to follow precise procedures
